One American Center is a multi-tenant office building and the recycling program is administered by the building’s property management office. To help promote recycling, the property manager provides recycling bins at no cost at every workstation in the building. Building services collects the recyclables from each suite nightly and deposits them into a 30 yard container on the building’s loading dock, which is transported by the recycling hauler to their materials recovery facility.
